Who we are
We are a volunteer coalition of Washington housing professionals: multifamily owners, management firms, onsite managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams. No lobbyists, no membership dues, no corporate sponsor deciding our agenda.
What we do
We document stories, build community, and bring real voices to lawmakers. Every account we collect is treated as evidence of a gap that policy created and policy can close.
How we work
We advocate for balanced solutions that protect residents and providers alike. We believe a fair system protects both sides of the front desk, and we refuse to argue for one at the expense of the other.
