Background, statistics, and contact details for reporters covering housing policy in Washington State.
The No Say No Law Alliance is a volunteer coalition of Washington State housing professionals: multifamily owners, property management firms, onsite managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams. We organize for fair legal processes and safer workplace protections within a system that also protects residents. We document stories, build community, and bring real voices to the lawmakers who make the decisions that affect housing every day. We are based in Tacoma and work statewide.

The U.S. property management and apartment rental industry employs an estimated 800,000 to 1.2 million workers, including roughly 875,000 property management professionals and over a million workers across the broader apartment rental sector. Industry estimates. Figures vary by industry classification.
Fair, timely legal processes and clear workplace-safety standards for the people who staff housing, inside a system that keeps residents stably and safely housed. Those goals are not in conflict. We ask that frontline housing professionals be included when housing law is written.
