No Say No Law Alliance is a nonprofit advocacy coalition based in Tacoma, Washington. We built this site to inform housing professionals, gather stories, and organize for fairer policy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us. That includes your name, email address, phone number, company or role, county, and the details you submit through the Share Your Story and Stay Informed forms.
We also collect standard analytics data when you browse the site. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the referring website. We use this information to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.
Your story and your consent
Your story belongs to you. We treat every submission with care, and we never publish, share with lawmakers, or use a story publicly without the permission level you selected on the form.
- Anonymous: We remove identifying details before any internal review or use.
- Share with coalition partners only: We may share the story with trusted allied organizations working on housing policy in Washington State.
- Share publicly: We may use the story in public advocacy, media, or testimony, with or without your name depending on what you selected.
You can change your permission level or withdraw your story at any time. Just contact us at admin@nosaynolaw.org or (253) 321-9777 and we will honor your request promptly.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Follow up on story submissions and answer questions.
- Send updates, alerts, and calls to action to people who subscribe.
- Organize advocacy efforts and demonstrate the real impact of current policy.
- Improve the site, fix problems, and understand what content matters most to visitors.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
